I am so lucky my brother-in-law recommended Rob! I have very high anxiety and, subsequently, chat non-stop. Rob "got" me right away. His easygoing temperament, coupled with his knowledge and professionalism, helped put me at ease throughout the home buying process. He listened to what I wanted, and just as important, to what I didn't want. He found me the perfect condo and steered me to everyone I needed to work with. From offer to closing was accomplished in one month! Did I mention I live in New York, and Thanksgiving and Christmas were part of this time frame?! I highly recommend Rob Conroy as your go-to realtor. You will not be disappointed. I am so excited to move to Myrtle Beach! Thanks to Rob, I can finally relax and retire in a home that could not be more perfect for me.

Linda was very knowledgeable of the area we purchased and the market. She worked diligently to ensure the process was smooth. Getting our property closed was a bit bumpy but Linda was direct and firm with the sellers to get the deal closed. We highly recommend Linda as an agent and will use her again.

Bill and Carol quickly sold our home in Murrells Inlet. We were moving out of State so timing was very important. Their knowledge and expertise of all things related to real estate made our move seamless. Their communication skills and availability were fantastic. They were able to explain every step of the way so it was very understandable to us. I can't rate them highly enough.

Mr. Conroy (Rob) was the most devoted and delightful realtor agent that I have dealt with in quite some time. He was so understanding to the things I wanted in my forever home. I can’t be more grateful for his understanding for my wish list of what we were looking for. He listened, and he did not take us to places that would not meet our wish list. He went above and beyond to show us EXACTLY what we wanted and what we were hoping to find. Mr. Rob you are a True Superstar for listening to your clients needs. We can not Thank You enough, for ALL that you have done for us to make this transition of moving to a new state (South Carolina, Murrells Inlet) and also showing us all the amazing places to go and see. Mr. Conroy you have made a very stressful time for folks like my husband and I moving, to be a true pleasure and inspiring us to see what awaits us here in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. I can’t Thank YOU enough. I LOVE it here!!! ThankYou AgentX + 5stars ♥️😊
