My wife and I were looking for a beach house in NMB. When we found one we thought we liked, we allowed Zillow to match us with an agent and we were matched to Team McIntosh. We live in Raleigh, but knew we would not be able to wait long before this home was off the market, so we asked Jeff to meet us the next day driving 3 hours on a stormy Sunday and he was waiting for us with an abundance of information and local knowledge but just as important, a certain warmth that's not often found these days. He presented us with multiple options in the area, but my wife was already in love with the home we are in. He coached us on market pricing and a few bidding tactics to get the price we wanted without pushing the seller away; It worked and after a few trades we entered into an agreement with the sellers.
