Sue was very knowledgeable about the real estate business. She worked with us for several months. we told her what we wanted in a home away from home at the beach. She listened and was able to get a number of condos and homes for us to view. After deciding on one to purchase, she helped us with her network to check things out ( one example , she knew someone that helped us with cleaning the vents to get rid of a smoking oder.). Everything went smoothly at closely. I will recommend Sue anytime I get a chance. Our friend Sue.

Sue Tanner is an awesome agent to work with! She was on top of everything for us, from booking appointments as soon as possible, to getting all our questions about a property answered in a timely manner. She was helpful when we first reached out to her about relocating to the Horry County area. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and offered us advice according to how the market was at the time. When we were able to start looking in the area she was available to talk to anytime. When we decided on a property to purchase she worked hard to find all the comps so we could put in a good offer. While looking at said property any questions we had she immediately called the listing agent and asked all our questions. She made the process low stress and as smooth as possible. While under contract to purchase our property, she kept in contact with us often, sometimes daily. I would and will recommend Sue to anyone looking for an agent. She is personal on top of all this as well! She loved to see our kiddos and asked about them often. She even offered suggestions on activities for our kiddos since we were new to the area. Months after our closing she still checks on us to see how things are going! I am so grateful we found Sue!
