Very open and honest when viewing properties. Available at short notice. I lived out of town and had to make some last minute arrangements to see properties. He always accomodated without an attitude or complaint (which I've experienced with other agents). I had no clue about the buying/mortgage process in NC and he walked me through that and answered my endless list of questions. His advice and guidanced assisted me in getting a very good mortgage rate. The closing/signing process went through easy and quickly; not stressful at all as I anticipated. Charles and Annette were outstanding! We live out of town and were worried about how the process of purchasing a property 6 hours away would go. Leading up to the showings, Charles and Annette both reached out several times to advise us of available properties and to get showings scheduled when we would be in the area.
