My father passed away and I needed to sell his home quickly. His home was about 50 years old and had not been kept in good condition so I knew I needed guidance in selling. Patti was great right from the beginning. She gave me a list of things that needed to be done before we could list it. She was great at communicating with me and answering my many questions. Within 24 hours of listing the house, we had an offer! Once again, Patti helped me through the process of communicating with buyer and all the documents associated with it. The house closed within a few weeks of listing. It was all very fast and honestly was very bittersweet. I was glad to have Patti by my side!

Very open and honest when viewing properties. Available at short notice. I lived out of town and had to make some last minute arrangements to see properties. He always accomodated without an attitude or complaint (which I've experienced with other agents). I had no clue about the buying/mortgage process in NC and he walked me through that and answered my endless list of questions. His advice and guidanced assisted me in getting a very good mortgage rate. The closing/signing process went through easy and quickly; not stressful at all as I anticipated. Went above and beyond is providing good customer service. As far as I'm concerned, the best of the best! Will definitely refer him to others.
