My husband and I sold our "second home" with Brittainy and were looking for another home in the Murrell's Inlet area, but it was difficult because our primary residence is in Ohio. Finding Brittainy saved us. She had a very thorough knowledge of the area, as well as, great knowledge of local communities. She was an excellent (and very prompt) communicator and maintained a professional attitude from start to finish. I think the thing that stood out the most was Brittainy's willingness to work hard for us, both buying and selling. She rolled up her sleeves and helped us with just about everything we could have needed, right down to the dog bowl we needed to help our dog get a drink of water when we were out looking at houses.
