Even though my home was near 4 years old, I was surrounded by new construction & this was my albatross. I hired Patti after my previous two agents failed miserably in doing their job. Patti truly listened to me and that was reflected in the verbiage within my listing. Patti shared very relevant data on my neighborhood which was completely helpful with our gameplan and my pricing. Patti would be the one to pick up the phone and check in with me on our status, new neighborhood data, and we would discuss our new gameplan versus me having to continually reach out. In the meantime, I had bought another home and moved everything out and Patti jumped in with what I needed to do to make this now-empty home more appealing and then she staged my home. Patti was continually on top of everything, a true professional and SHE SOLD MY HOUSE. Charlene went way above the "line of duty" as our agent! We contacted her in September and explained we were interested in relocating from Kentucky to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She immediately took the reigns and guided us in a search for homes. When we arrived to Myrtle Beach in October, she not only showed us neighborhoods and homes, she assisted us in touring the entire area! She listened carefully to our wants and needs and also guided us in How to list and prepare our current home in Kentucky. From October until March (when our Kentucky home went under contract), she stayed in constant touch with us by sending us listings of homes she thought we would be interested in purchasing. Once under contract for the sale of our home, we returned to Myrtle Beach for a week to secure a home. The entire week, she had us view several homes.
