Rachel went above and beyond in assisting us in finding, and helping us secure our first investment property. She had great inside imput about various HOAs and Condo Groups, and staff able to help imput their own ROI projections on prospective properties. She helped advocate for us when we ran into different roadblocks with our mortgauge company, and keeping them on track for closing. She was always down to earth, and never pushy. She had good advice, and asked helpful questions, being first time investors. 10/10 we would recommend her services, and will be return clients.

Lisa worked endlessly with us for 1 1/2 weeks. We came for vacation to see friends and finally decided this was the year. We explained to Lisa that we were here for two weeks. We didn’t know what we really wanted but we explained to her our situation and what we were looking for. Lisa went above and beyond helping us. She brought us all over, showing us every house we wanted to look at . She knew we only had a week and a half and then we had to go back north. I would message Lisa and she’d be right back to me not long after and getting us in to see houses right away. We cannot say enough about Lisa.
