Thank goodness we found such a wonderful realtor that listened to our wants and needs. She knew all about each property she showed us. Sharon never showed us property we couldn't afford and for that I'm so grateful. She walked us thru each property and showed us all their best qualities and how it could work for us. We were first time homebuyers and really didn't understand the process of buying a home, we began with searching for homes ourselves and attempting to schedule listings with not much luck. I had then began to use realtor.com and signed up for a real estate agent. We're from NY and don't really know anyone or whose good/bad in professions so it was our best bet. I am so thankful that we were set up with Dusty, the stress of purchasing a home was lifted completely. He was completely honest, no side-line crap. He got us in to see the properties that we were interested in as well with recommending homes. When seeing a home, he brought along information on what they sell for -- as well as knowing what to look for whiles viewing. As we viewed the property, he made sure that the stove/faucets/showers/lights worked. He is 100% professional, helpful, and kind. He kept up with the mask rules whiles viewing and with handling things in the office. He knows loaners who can help get you into your home. I personally don't believe their is anyone better. And if you have any questions, whenever, he will answer. If you're looking for a stress-free process, he's your guy.
