We were very happy with our experience with Dusty in our purchase of our vacation rental condo. When signing the offer, he stepped through the entire contract with us so that we were clear about what we were agreeing to. In addition, he went above and beyond finding out specific information about any restrictions in the various buildings. He found out a restriction with our first choice that caused us to change direction - the condotel would not let guests use the amenities unless the unit was rented through them. Dusty also explained the various options available to us for management companies since this entire process was very new to us. He always responded to us promptly as well.
