We live out of state and were interested in purchasing our first investment property in Myrtle Beach. Tanya went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. All of our showings were virtual, but we never felt like we were missing out on anything by not being there in person. She FaceTimed us for each showing, as well as provided us with videos and pictures to help us get a true feel of the property. Her professionalism, communication, and ability to help us secure the perfect property is second to none. She is also incredibly easy to talk to and very patient. We highly recommend Tanya and will absolutely be using her again in the future!

Carol and Bill helped me from day one to get through all the things that needed to be done since it was my brother's estate. They assisted me in getting the help I needed to make repairs and checked to make sure they were completed. They guided me through all the paper work that had to be completed and were always there to answer any questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. They also assisted my daughter with purchasing her home and she was extremely happy with their service?

I was dreading selling my parent's home for several reasons: it is in South Carolina and I am not, it was quite cluttered, and although lots of major upgrades had been made recently, there still seemed like dozens of little fix-up projects that needed done before it could go on the market.Carol and Bill Burchfield performed above and beyond the call of duty and helped deal with all the issues; they were my on-site eyes and ears and they have a deep Rolodex of contacts that made getting competitive bids on the various tasks quick and easy. And if that weren't enough, they took care of the bidding process and managed the contractors themselves several times! They were invaluable in navigating the niceties of a home estate sale in South Carolina.They have a proven track record of success in the South Carolina real estate market. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to providing me with exceptional service. The house went on the market just before Thanksgiving, and in the middle of a slow market we managed to close the sale in early February at a very satisfactory price. Again, their advice and instincts around the pricing and bidding process were spot on.I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail, their responsiveness to my inquiries, and their ability to negotiate a favorable price for my parents' house. Kim did a great job throughout the process. She listened to concerns I had about pricing and explained her thought process very well. She gave great advice while we were staging the house and the online photos looked great! I couldn't be more happy how she handled showings and negotiating the final contract. Denise is one hard working momma. Always available. She wore me out looking for property. She finally found us exactly what i was looking for. 11 acres of flat land in loris. Horry cty. Next step is building the house and barns. 30 minutes from n Myrtle. Far away enough to have peace and quiet. Close enough to have fun. Thanks Denise.
