Carol and Bill are extremely knowledgeable about real estate and were able to explain the new seller's rules to us as they had just gone into effect when we listed our home. They helped us get our home ready for the listing photographs with recommendations for staging. They hired top-notch photographers, including a drone pilot for Arial photos. They held an open house just as the home went live on MLS. Our home was under contract in 2 weeks, and Carol and Bill guided us through everything, including the closing.
