Doug, provided me with exceptional help in selling my condominium in Long Beach, Washington, even though I was now in Portland, Maine. He took care of getting the unit ready to show more energetically than I would have expected. He kept me informed of the process, and he helped guide the eventual purchase offer to a successful and swift close. I recommend him high, and without reservations of any sort.

Moving from another state was intimidating at first, but having Doug on my side was a great experience. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeableabout the area and truly had my best interest in mind the entire process. I couldn't have had a smoother transaction if I tried. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Crystal has been amazing to work with. She is friendly, on top of communication, and helping us through our buying process. She was extremely helpful for us, as we were buying land and we currently live out of state. She was very good at communicating and updating us every step of the way. She showed us the property we will call home. She was extremely helpful with information and resources, and was so patient with us and all our questions we had. She helped walk us through our buying process, and we were able to close early. đ i can not say enough good things about Crystal. She has a wonderful energy, and such a sweet person. You can tell she genuinely wants to help her clients and help them find what thier looking for.

The flow of communications could have been better during our home purchasing process. But Michele did know local resources to help find a good inspector and other services needed to complete the home purchase.

I was very impressed with Kaylin. She understood our non-negotiable points and advocated on our behalf. She took initiative to conduct neighborhood research regarding prospective assessments (when other agents took the âI donât know and we canât find outâ approach). She is definitely a value-add. Further, she is delightful - professional, respectful of our time, clear about the risks of waiving contingencies.

I couldnât have asked for a better experience selling my home. Kaylin is not only a dear friend but also an exceptional realtor. From start to finish, she handled every detail with professionalism, care, and expert knowledge. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable â and my home sold quickly with a great outcome. If youâre looking for someone who genuinely cares and truly knows what theyâre doing, youâve found her.

I want to start off by saying Kaylin is a wonderful person to work with! She showed me 7 to 10 houses and when I lost out on the first house, she kept my spirits up and didnât let me get discouraged. When my offer got accepted on the next property, she counseled me and kept my anxiety at bay. She fought to get me a good purchase price and a few extras thrown in. After that she organized everything that needed to be done and through the process of escrow and closing kept wonderful communication with me and instructed me step-by-step what needed to be done. After closing, she has continued to go above and beyond, stopping by and checking in on things. I would recommend Kaylin to a friend in a heartbeat.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kaylin, and I canât speak highly enough about the incredible experience we had. From start to finish, she was the definition of knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportiveâtruly everything you could hope for in a real estate agent. Our home-buying journey was far from simple. We found ourselves in the middle of an extremely complicated contingency offer involving four different homes, each one dependent on the next. It could have been a complete nightmare, but Kaylin handled every twist and turn with absolute grace and unwavering professionalism. She kept us grounded, informed, and reassured every step of the way. I donât know how we wouldâve gotten through it without her calm, confident guidance. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, who knows the ins and outs of the market, and who genuinely cares about your happiness, Kaylin is that person. Weâre endlessly grateful.

Doug came highly recommended by my Oregon realtor. He moves more houses than anybody. I know I was very lucky in my timing, but we got a full price offer in less than 2 weeks. Cash. Doug has what it takes. TY, Doug!

Doug is knowledgeable about the Pacific County market, he provided guidance and suggestions as we placed our home on the market. House sold within the average number of days for the area. Excellent communication with us via text, phone and email as we no longer reside in the area. Closing was done completely online. As stress free as it gets when selling a home! Thank you Doug :)

I have had the great privilege of knowing Doug for many years. He has been my realtor on 3 home sales. And I couldnât ask for a more professional, hands on approach to selling my properties. Works hard to meet my needs and the buyers. I would recommend him to anyone and have.

It is difficult to find the right agent when looking whether to move to the area from an airplane ride away from Washington. Doug initially was not our first choice as he only focuses on the Long Beach Peninsula and we were looking at several areas along the Washington coast Columbia river. We can now say with confidence it would have been a big mistake if we did not sign on with Doug for our new home here in Ocean Park. Essentially a lifelong resident of the peninsula from his adult years, his local knowledge of the market, how it differs from more urban/suburban areas (unique in a sense), and ability to help us find the right home and get to a successful transaction was excellent. When first exploring potential homes on the peninsula, he was able to provide deep knowledge and history of the different towns and specific areas that helped us confirm the ideal home, including pros/cons and potential alternatives. Going through the negotiation and closing process from a distance, he kept us well informed and calm (relatively, LOL) in reaching a very good agreement for us as buyers. As we settle in to our new life on the peninsula, we hope our paths cross often (although not from a surf rescue) and we're able to share a favorite beverage or two upon occasion.
