Honestly , no need to shop around for your real estate agent! Chrissy knows everyone, and she herself is very well known and respected. Both personally and professionally. Chrissy held an open house for us, knowing that it was out of season, and the chances of people showing up were slim. All you need is just one person to walk through the door to make that sale and Chrissy is willing to spend her time waiting for that person. The sale was quick and professional and we were very grateful to have her representing us.

Instead of continuing to rent in Islamorada we thought let’s go look at some properties. We knew the location we wanted to be in & we needed 2 condos. One for me & my husband and one for my parents. Krissy was the listing agent. I called her on 1/29 at an odd hour expecting to leave a message. Instead we had a nice chat. We toured 3 condos the next day, put offers in on 1/31 and closed on 3/15! Both condos, same building. We’re all thrilled! Krissy was stellar to work with. She was efficient, responsive and on top of every step in the process. She is a wealth of knowledge not just as a RE Agent, but of the Keys as well. We got to know her as more than just the RE Agent who facilitated our purchases….she is a truly lovely, kind and generous soul. A whim phone call made a 40 year dream come true & a new friend we look forward to hanging out with in the years to come.

My home purchase experience with Krissy Carnahan was top notch and so smooth and seamless throughout the process. Krissy kept me informed on availability of properties, was able to meet up at prospective properties without changing specific times, advised of information / procedures that I would not have been aware of without her knowledge, and informed when pricing was correct and if my offer was reasonable for a specific property. This was all done while she was talking care of her relative who was in and out of the hospital during my home search . You can tell Krissy loves people and loves her profession. I am 100 percent happy with how she handled my purchasing experience.
