Scott was dedicated to helping me find the best home to meet my needs in a short space of time. In addition to orienting me to the areas I was interested in, he was attentive to details and deadlines and to the specific needs and wants that I had. From helping line up inspections and meeting with contractors for estimates, to negotiating terms on the contract, he was present and responsive throughout, which was essential since I had to complete the process remotely at a stressful time. In addition, his team at Realty One gave great support services and wraparound care. Scott went above and beyond with extra steps to help me navigate the search and get the deal I needed. There wasn’t a question that Danielle couldn’t answer. She is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond for anything i showed interest in. So happy that we got a chance to work with Danielle. We moved from Colorado to NM and came down 3x to view homes. She always made the time to meet with us and show us the homes. Danielle have been a big Blessing to you since the beginning of this year 2024. She worked with me to acquired 3 properties and sold 1 through her. The first thing I noticed, is also always answers her phone right unless she she is either with other clients and taking care of Family, she let you know through a text message and call afterwards, That to me shows that she values time and respect your time. Her ability to represent the seller and the buyer is amazing, She works so hard to make sure everybody get a fair deal when she is the seller's agent. She's incredibly good in negotiating on behalf of the both parties! She's trustworthy, dependable, respectful and very professional! I highly recommend her for all your Real estate deals.
