Bernadette is quite literally family but we couldn't have done this process without her. Deciding to buy our first home had been one of the most anxiety provoking, scary and nerve wrecking choices. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dawn! She made looking for a house in this crazy and stressful housing market actually very enjoyable. She kept us informed with all updates throughout the process and made sure to educate us on what was going on each step of the way. Dawn was amazing with the communication between us and the seller and the lender. We never felt overwhelmed as Dawn was amazing in taking the lead on making sure we met every deadline and that we had all the documentation we needed in a timely manner. Dawn was always available for questions and always worked around our schedule for house viewings and appointments. Mary went above and beyond to help me in every way she could. She was my rock throughout this whole experience. She always answered when I needed help and she walked me through all of the scary stuff that comes with buying a home. Even months after we bought our home, I still had questions and concerns about getting set up and watching out for scammers. I still call her when I need help and she is always ready and so kind. She really understands the struggles of being a first time home buyer and does everything she can to make it an easy experience. She has a special way of making you feel confident and secure while going through the home buying experience. She is SO incredibly knowledgeable.
