To say Amanda did her job is an understatement. She did more than I ever could have thought a realtor would do. The buying process was soooo easy, I never had to worry. she has great knowledge on the market and how to counter back on offers so your offer gets accepted. once everything went through and the keys where in my hand I mentioned that I wanted to paint the whole house inside and out, put baseboards up through the house and carpets in the bedrooms, as well as fix the problems with the outside of the house. she told me she would take care it all. she made calls and negotiate the prices for me. all I had to do is write the checks. she even showed up to the house when all the repairs we're getting done. She made my life so easy during the buying process. I would highly recommend her when buying or selling your home.
