Our family can't recommend Rachel enough! She completely exceeded what we thought was possible with getting our house to market and closing with a quick sale. The entire process was so seamless and stress free due to Rachel's guidance. Her keen sense of design helped bring the house to life and she made helpful recommendations on what to update that would give us the biggest return. Our biggest goal was to have a quick close, and Rachel made that happen! We received multiple offers within 4 days of listing and she executed on a quick close. This was a sensitive sale for us as we were selling my deceased mother's home and had 3 family members with different personalities to navigate - Rachel did so wonderfully, keeping all of our nerves at bay and guiding us in a compassionate, thoughtful and patient manner. I found Rachel to be a patient and intuitive listener. She quickly understood my needs and wishes, and she helped me navigate the home selling process with ease. She has a gentle but persuasive and professional manner that I loved!
