Amanda was an incredible agent. She put our needs first all the time and did an incredible job throughout the process. Buying a house is difficult but Amanda made it very easy and seamless. She was always one step ahead in setting up dates to meet and walk the house or just letting us know about a new email to sign. I couldn’t imagine doing this without Amanda as the entire process was smooth. She was also incredibly patient as we looked at so many houses trying to find the one we loved. Once we found the house, it was smooth sailing. While we are very excited to finally have closed, we will miss Amanda and all the fun times we had looking around and asking questions about forms and other things. Her knowledge level about forms and what they mean is very impressive as well. Thank you Amanda for everything you did. From start to finish which was about 1 year ago when we looked at our first house, it was a lot of fun times. To say Amanda did her job is an understatement. She did more than I ever could have thought a realtor would do. The buying process was soooo easy, I never had to worry. she has great knowledge on the market and how to counter back on offers so your offer gets accepted. once everything went through and the keys where in my hand I mentioned that I wanted to paint the whole house inside and out, put baseboards up through the house and carpets in the bedrooms, as well as fix the problems with the outside of the house. she told me she would take care it all. she made calls and negotiate the prices for me. all I had to do is write the checks. she even showed up to the house when all the repairs we're getting done. She made my life so easy during the buying process. I would highly recommend her when buying or selling your home. Amanda you did an amazing job. my girls and I are very grateful for everything you did.
