There were other offers on the house we wanted but Tiffany and Erin's experience helped us to figure out the right price to offer without overpaying. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and explained everything along the way. One of them was always available to answer questions or concerns and got back to me promptly on any issues. They're knowledge of the region and of recommended vendors for inspection, repairs etc. were very valuable to me being new to area. Tiffany and Erin were able to negotiate repairs to get done by the seller prior to closing at no expense to me. I would definitely recommend them to anybody buying or selling a home. Brian is absolutely THE BEST! We had been looking for a home that met most of our wants/needs, but it was hard to find because there was not a lot out there (acres, two homes on lot, pool, etc...). We finally found a home that checked the things on our list, but it was a sale pending. All the sudden the sale fell through. Brian acted fast and took us immediately to see the property. We put an offer right after checking it out, and it was accepted within a couple of days. However, we think the seller received a higher offer, because she was making the process really difficult for us and tried to get us to back out. If it hadn't been for Brian we would have not been able to purchase our home. He is honest and just a genuinely good person. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and will do his best to make the process of purchasing a home stress free. He is honest, flexible, and very responsive. I recommend him to everyone. Love him!

Susan Kolb is the most buttoned up real estate professional I have ever dealt with. With Susan the process is seamless. Susan is always on time and carries herself with a professionalism that puts her in a league of her own. Another thing that separates Susan from the field is her knowledge of all things real estate, she was knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was an asset from the first negotiation of price right through the close of escrow and at every step in between. Lastly and maybe most importantly is the foresight she brings to the process, it seemed that we were always two steps ahead of everybody else (other realtor, broker etc) this created a feeling of ease and pleasure. Most of my previous home buying experiences were painful, my last one thanks to Susan Kolb was an actual joy!
