Brian is a very patient and great Realtor. He will get the job done. It has been a very long process during the whole closing process but in the end he was able to hard and got the house to close. There were many times in which we wanted to throw the towel in. You can expect great effort from Brain. He is always available to answer any questions you have and is flexible with anyone scheduled. Brian has a lot of experience and I would recommended him to anyone buying their first home and buying their third home. Brian will guide you throughout the whole process and will make you are happy with the home even after you have settled in. When we began the process of buying a home in the Roseville, CA area, I had contacted 3 realtors. Devin impressed us with his quick response. He asked all the right questions to know what we wanted and what we didn't want. We were doing this long distance for the first couple of weeks. He sent us on-line postings and was always available by phone, text, and e-mail. When we finally decided on a house, he was there with us every step of the way including doing the first and second walk-through with us. That was very helpful. As first time home buyers I could not have asked for someone better than Trudy to walk us through this process. From the beginning she explained everything simply and thoroughly.
