Gary took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and came through quickly,.and with flying colors! He got me the exact neighborhood I wanted (in which homes were selling within mere days of being listed) and also got me a 4 bedroom for the price I was looking at 3 bedroom homes for. The house was totally remodeled, turn key! I had looked at a lot of fixers for the same price in my neighborhood. He gave me sound advice on what would make buyers seriously consider my offer...such as ups and downs of various financing. He's great and is well connected to other real estate professionals, which really was a bonus for me in more ways than one. I highly reccomend him. Great guy, great service!

We live in Bay Area. We wanted to buy an investment property and decided to look into Sacramento area as Bay area is out of reach. We were not familiar with real estate/ rental market so we had to heavily depend on on Gary. His knowledge of Sacramento area Market made huge difference and saved us tons of money. There was one property we liked and wanted to put an offer however Gary did his research and found out that this community allows only certain percentage of houses to be rented out. We are relieved that we did not buy this property as we would be paying second mortgage without knowing when we can rent-out our ‘rental property’. He is a very good negotiator as well. We wanted to offer 6000 more to this property but he asked us to be patience and got us great deal. Gary never pushed or rushed us. He is a patience person and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. He clearly understands Primary home vs Investment property. His knowledge helped us renting out my property within a week. I am close to get long term tenant, thanks to Gary!! Gary was incredible and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Gary helped us find our new house in Folsom, CA. I had doubt on selection of area in Sacramento area. But being local to Rocklin area, he had very good knowledge on Rocklin and surrounding areas. He was consistent and very proficient in his job. He spent ample amount of time showing houses in all areas. He doesn't leave room for doubt and keep every details clean. He doesn't push buyers which is hard these days where majority of Realtors rush for numbers. He has good ability of sense of urgency.
