We have bought and sold many homes and I can honestly say that Brian is the hardest working realtor we have partnered with. First off, he is simply a kind and caring person. His communication skills and professionalism are top notch. Most importantly, he is willing to put in the time and energy to sell your home and make the process less daunting. For example, he helped us move a washer and dryer, he pressure washed our front walkway and he even offered to help us with an estate sale. He also has many skilled trades people that he knows and trusts so that when we needed pest work remediated and siding and drywall replaced, he literally had people show up to do the work the next day and for a great price so we could get our home on the market quickly. These are simply a few examples of the many ways that Brian made the whole process seamless. Brian also kept us informed when we had open houses and showings. He was always quick to respond when we had questions. Brian always makes you feel like you and the sale of your home are a priority. I cannot recommend working with Brian enough!

Brian made my life so much easier while buying a house. He helped me with so much more than just finding a home. He had perfect advice for appliances I should get and found me some screaming deals! He devoted all of his spare time to making sure the whole process was not as stressful to me. He also helped me so much with looking through the house and giving his gentle feedback on possible faults in the home and providing a straightforward, unbiased and real opinion.
