I had the pleasure of having Brian Zufelt as my realtor. Brian, aside from being incredibly friendly, was equally approachable with any and all questions I had. I was a first time home seller and was very nervous about the process of selling a home. Brian within 24 hours had a complete run down of all homes currently for sale in my area and had a reasonable selling price in mind. Brian got me through some repairs that needed to be completed and his professionalism and communication were top notch. I was able to call or text whenever and he would always provide me with a speedy response. He was very active in the home selling process and in a much shorter time than I had anticipated, the house was sold. I’m thankful to have had Brian, because I am not sure if I would have had that level of commitment and dedication from anyone else.

Jackie was absolutely a delight ti work with. We connected long before I was ready to pack up the home and sell it. We have known Connie Gidal for over 40 years. Connie sold Our house to us in Rocklin in 2003 and there was no hesitation to have her sell our house for us recently. It wasn’t an easy sale as the market kinda dropped and we fell out of escrow two times. However Connie after the first time it fell out of escrow she was quickly to get the house back up for sale and had an offer in one day. However that offer with our luck dropped out of escrow also and again had to put the house back up quickly. Within one week Connie had our house sold with a cash offer and 15 days closing. Connie is amazing at what she does and works hard to get her homes sold. Thanks so much Connie for finally making it happen so we could move on to our new beginnings in Idaho.
