A few months ago our property manager informed my husband and I that the owner wanted to sell the home we were currently renting, and that we had 60 days to move. We were pretty frustrated given that it was during the holidays and we were in the middle of a pandemic and hadn’t expected or planned to move. Fortunately, we found Marianna! We communicated to her that we weren’t 100% certain we were ready to buy, but wanted to take a look at a few houses. Marianna was fantastic, to say the least.
