The house I actually purchased was a little above my initial budget the first time we went to look at it. I immediately loved it but we both understood it was too expensive. All while Caitlyn was showing me other houses that I liked she was also staying in contact with the selling agent and making progress to get the house I loved into a range I could afford. Making that offer was one of the most exciting and scary moments of my life and Caitlyn was there to talk me through it. Her support made the entire process so much more manageable. She’s the best!

He worked around my schedule, let me know what to expect, let me vent a little and got me 10% more than I thought I would get from the sale. Call John. Seriously. Give him a call.

Sunny was a very good realtor and the services she provided far exceeded my expectations. When we initially looked at the house it was closed and we couldn't gain access because it had just gone into the foreclosure process. We seriously wanted to buy the house. So Sunny kept the house on her radar - for several weeks. As soon as the house went back on the market she notified us. When we went to look at the house it was swarmed by a score of interested parties. Sunny consulted us on our offering price, wrote up the offer and shepherded it through the process. We were sure we were NOT going to get the house, but to our pleasant surprise - our offer was accepted. Sunny was instrumental in helping us realize this. She gave abundantly of her time and kept in close communication.
