Me and my husband worked with Ashley to buy our first home, and I have to say that if you’re looking for your new home especially in the current market, she’s your person. Ashley is an amazing person and professional who never ceases to advocate deeply for her clients. We started looking towards the end of July in an extremely competitive price range, and she had us in a house by the end of September. In Maine’s current housing market, this truly is nothing short of a miracle. We aren’t perfect home buying candidates either, we had a tight deadline, a tighter budget, and we had just good enough credit to qualify for loans. And despite all of this, she made us feel comfortable and protected throughout the process from our very first showing right to the closing table. In a world where it’s hard to feel like you can trust people, Ashley’s been extremely trustworthy and dare I say it even made the stressful process of home buying fun and full of laughs.
