She always communicated information related to properties on the market, provided me with wise advice as to how and what to consider before deciding what to buy. Melissa helped us when we purchased our home and now when we sold it. She went above and beyond her job as a realtor. We moved out of the state of Maine and Melissa not only helped us sell our home but took care of it as if it was her own. Helped us find contractors when the house needed repairs, she took the time out of her schedule to go open the home for the contractors, and she helped us find a landscaping person to take care of our property.
