Cindy is very knowledgeable about the process of looking for and purchasing a home.Even when times get difficult and discouraging she somehow keeps a very positive outlook. That really means alot because she is always very upbeat and willing to go that extra mile for you.I would definitely recommend Cindy Powell as agent in the future to anyone out there who is trying to purchase a home.

Cindy Powell is by far the most experienced, knowledgeable, hard working R.E. Sales Agent I have ever worked with. My husband and I have bought and sold many houses in MA and RI over the years and not one Agent comes close to the professionalism that Cindy possesses. Unfortunately, I had to sell our beautiful retirement property in Maine, as my husband passed away. It was a very difficult and emotional time in my life. Cindy was very caring, compassionate and sensitive during the entire sales process. I highly recommend Cindy Powell!

This is the second house we have purchased through Melissa and our first time selling a home. Melissa not only took the time to explain each step along the way, but she also showed patience and compassion when making sure we ended up where we were suppose to be. We traveled all over Central Maine looking for homes and she was always on board and always so supportive. When we found the home that was meant to be she did everything to make sure it all worked out in the end. In the midst of our crazy lives with work and kids she was always accommodating us and even entertaining our crazy toddler. From thinking of buying land and building, to mobile homes, Modular’s, fixer uppers, we were considering everything and Melissa had the connections and knowledge to guide us through each situation. Melissa was our realtor but we now consider her a friend. Her work ethic combined with her compassionate and kind heart makes her the perfect person to find your perfect home. She has found two for us so far while also finding homes for our friends and family. Thank you Melissa for helping us find our new home. We are so grateful for you and all you’ve done to get us here.

Vickie was always there for any questions I might have, no matter how crazy they might sound. Helped me through a difficult time selling my mothers home. Always patient and held my hand through all the decisions I needed to make.

Bobbi Jo really listened to our needs of finding a unique home that had a lot of character and charm. Every showing was an adventure. As a first time home buyer, Bobbi Jo and Dan really helped us understand the properties and the steps towards buying the home. I had a lot of confidence when touring the homes if there was going to be any future work necessary. Bobbi Jo was a great communication between the seller and I. I would recommend Bobbi Jo to be your realtor and advocate.

I would highly recommend Bobbi Jo for any Real Estate transaction. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and very forthcoming and willing to help. She had her buyer's best interest at mind throughout the process while being fair and honest to both the buyer and seller. Bobbi offered up to lower her commission to help with negotiating a lower price for her clients. Bobbi Jo made this a seamless transaction and experience, thank you Bobbi Jo!

Cindy is wonderful! From helping us purchase our first home to four years later when we were ready to sell, she was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. We had a ton of questions throughout, as this was our first home purchase and our first sale, and she was always very patient and clear with her answers. With her guidance, we got our first pick of home, and were able to sell it in a weekend with multiple offers that helped us get a great price with no concessions. We would recommend her to anyone!!

As first time homebuyers, she was incredibly helpful.! She was quick to answer any questions we had, even if we texted her at weird hours. She talked us through the process enough to make us feel comfortable. When showing us houses, she was very honest about the pros and cons, even telling us when one was not what we were looking for, and helped us find what ended up being our perfect home. It was very nice working with her, and we recommend her to everyone we’ve talked to about this!

It was difficult, with us being out of State for the winter and she handled it like a champ. Willing to go above and beyond expectation. She is our realtor from now on and in the future. A true professional. Glad we met her when we did. Thank you

Kim was very knowledgeable about the properties we visited. She communicated well. I brought my toddler along to showings and she was great with him. Very helpful and understanding. If you're looking for a new home I'd certainly recommend her.

Kim has great knowledge of the housing market in the US; she was able to offer me several options to choose from. She always communicated information related to properties on the market, provided me with wise advice as to how and what to consider before deciding what to buy. Kim never put me under pressure, she always did her job with patience, love and professionalism. The process was really long but she was never tired. Kim always asked about my family when I was still waiting for reunification, a point that proved that it was not only for business, but she cared about her client. Kim did all what she could to walk me through all the that way from home chaser, then to homeowner, today. II wish Kim the best in her career.
