I have now sold one house and bought another home with Tarsha. I will never need another realtor, and I recommend her to my friends and family because I know they will be in excellent hands. Tarsha's communication is quick, thorough, clear, and kind. She has gone out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible numerous times. I throw all sorts of oddball questions and if she doesn't have an answer off the top of her head, she'll get it fast! We’ve worked with Melissa on the purchase of 3 homes in the past 5 years, also the sale of two of those properties. She is always prompt with her communication, readily available, and very willing to jump right on a showing appointment which is so helpful in the fast paced market. We bought this property from out of state and she showed it to us virtually the same day it went on the market.
