Cyndi was fantastic to work with from the start. It did not matter what time of day or how simple the question she was always there to answer or get the answer for me. I have never felt any pressure from Cyndi. I give suggestions and I feel that with my best interest in mind she guided me along the way. I have worked with other agents in the past and had the car salesman feel to them. You will not get that with Cyndi. She is down to earth, hardworking, and honest. I was constantly updated on the status of my home sale while going through the process. While making the sale I was doing a lot of traveling. She went out of her way to not only find a buyer but to complete the buying process while I was traveling. All real estate agents are selling houses to make money, that's why they go to work. If you are looking for a realtor who will always be in your corner, will answer your texts/calls/emails within minutes (maybe seconds), and who goes above and beyond for you, look no further than Melissa. Melissa helped us with the purchase of our second home at a time where we were initially very undecided about where we were looking for and where. She was endlessly patient, upbeat, and willing to go see any property in such a timely fashion. Once we found a home we loved, Melissa helped us negotiate to pay an incredibly fair price while also helping us make a comfortably competitive offer that eventually got accepted -- for a house that had incredible interest and multiple offers almost as soon as it went on the market! Melissa then smartly guided us through the inspection process (she has so many connections and was able to refer us to some other incredible professionals we worked with) and it was smooth sailing after that right through closing. Melissa was there with us through everything, even through a second pre-closing walk-through to make sure the house was truly vacant of objects before we went to closing and signed everything! Beyond Melissa's professionalism and her connections in the community, I think her greatest skill is her true care for her clients. Melissa called me a few nights after we closed on our house to check in and we chatted for probably a half an hour so I could update her on everything that had happened during our move-in weekend! That's Melissa: she works hard for her clients because she truly cares, not because she "has to" as your realtor. And that is why she has our highest (!) recommendation.

Tarsha's communication is quick, thorough, clear, and kind. She has gone out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible numerous times. I throw all sorts of oddball questions and if she doesn't have an answer off the top of her head, she'll get it fast! We’ve worked with Melissa on the purchase of 3 homes in the past 5 years, also the sale of two of those properties.
