From day one, Ana has been the kind of realtor every homebuyer hopes to have, and so much more. After the first opportunity didn’t work out, Ana quickly encouraged me to not lose hope and kept everything faith focused which meant everything to me during the process. She took the time to truly understand what was happening in my life, what I was looking for, and what I hoped to accomplish. She helped me create a plan and patiently stayed by my side until the right opportunity came along. I sent her a few homes that caught my interest, and she also took the time to recommend homes she thought would be a good fit for me. One of the homes she recommended ended up being the home I ultimately chose. Throughout the entire process, Ana was incredibly attentive and always looking out for me. She had a way of being one step ahead, often coming to me with solutions before I even knew there was an issue. She advocated for me, guided me, and somehow made the impossible feel possible. There were moments when I wasn’t sure how everything would come together, but Ana always found a way forward. I’m incredibly grateful for her persistence, knowledge, and willingness to always go the extra mile. Even after closing, Ana has continued to be present. She checks in to make sure things have been resolved, helps whenever something comes up, and is always willing to answer my questions. Buying a home is such a huge and emotional milestone, and I feel incredibly blessed that Ana was the person beside me through it all. She made me feel heard, protected, and cared for every step of the way. I’m beyond grateful for everything she has done for me, and even more grateful for the relationship we built along the way.
