Karen is a excellent realtor for someone selling a home for the first time. This was my first time selling a home and she was extremely helpful with getting my home sold quickly and I would recommend any body looking for a trustworthy realtor to use Karen.

We can't thank Karen enough for her expertise and guidance while selling our home. We started a year in advance and she was gracious to work with us over a period of time. She provided real advice on what needed to be updated, cleaned, decluttered, or fixed in getting the house ready. When someone mentioned on Facebook they were still looking for the type of home we had, Karen reached out to them. She was quick to respond to our questions, texts, emails and phone calls. She was very efficient in moving through the selling process. I would highly recommend Karen.
