Well, well, well...where do we begin. It all started about 4 and a half years ago when we were looking for a home. We went to an open house. The home was rent with an option to buy. Well guess what? We purchased the home after renting for six months. Karen was the sellers agent and the processed went seamless even though we had no agent. Through the 4 and a half years , Karen kept in touch with us. We had already established the fact that she would be our real estate agent when we decided to purchase another home. We notified Karen to let her know that we were ready to start the process to purchase another home. She was very knowledgeable with the process.
