Karen was amazing to work with. She knows the area, the market and what buyers want. I’ve never had a realtor put in as much work in helping me sell a home before. This was especially helpful given that we had to list and sell AFTER we had moved out of state. We when our listing went live we had immediate interest and were under contract for asking price in under a week. When it came time to negotiate during the offer and due diligence process, we knew we had a real expert advocating for us. I’d recommend Karen to anyone whether you’re selling or buying.
