Karen was amazing to work with. She knows the area, the market and what buyers want. I’ve never had a realtor put in as much work in helping me sell a home before. This was especially helpful given that we had to list and sell AFTER we had moved out of state. We when our listing went live we had immediate interest and were under contract for asking price in under a week.
