I’ve known Karen in the real estate world for many years and as a neighbor 10 years. Her expertise is incomparable, her knowledge base vast, her attention to detail rare these days and her ability to be a calming force during what is typically a stress filled process is invaluable. My wife and I reached out to Karen when we saw a listing in our neighborhood, as she seems to be the buyer/seller agent for almost every home in here. She is so engaged, professionally and personally, within Carolina Bay, so selecting her was a no-brainer. She is not just a realtor, but rather, she is a "Sherpa" who guided us up and down the mountain of purchasing a second home. Her emails and texts were always timely, efficient, and educational. She made this easier than buying a candy bar at a convenience store. She coordinated efforts with the seller, closing attorney, and had instructions for all processes along the way. She handled this less like a transaction and more like a needed "mother hen". We are so thrilled with her efforts that my sister will not consider any other agent as she plans an upcoming home purchase. For several months, Mike communicated with us regularly about what was on the market and how it might meet our needs. This included regular emails as well as phone calls, without being too pushy. Once we found our future him he stayed with us throughout the purchase process including the inspection and finding tradespeople to address any issues. This was particularly important since we lived out of state. His manner was pleasant and professional. I would use him again for any future needs and would recommend him to anyone.

She truly took my needs and wants into consideration and found me exactly what I wanted. I loved that fact that she would send me listings, I could tell here which ones were must sees and then she arranged all the showing in a very organized fashion based on location/availability. She was great at walking me through the houses, talking me through the pros/cons of each one and truly help me find the exact home that spoke to my heart. She cared about me as a person and I was never a number to her. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone which I recently did and they are starting to see her for who she is. A person of character who truly is great at her job. I am lucky to have had her on my side and whatever agency she directly works for, they have a keeper for sure.
