From the initial conversation, before any formal relationship was started, Karen took an interest in our goals and plans. She took an interest in us as people. She never left our side during the process and has continued to follow up with us following the recent closing. She knows the ins and outs of the industry, pre-owned, new. She showed us many homes and took her time with each, pointing various things out, some we thought of, others we didn't. We then found "our dream home". We met Marika when she was representing the seller of the first house we bought in Summerville. When we were ready to upgrade we reached out to her and we were so happy we did!
