After college, Mike started a career in the hospitality industry and quickly worked his way into management. For the twelve years prior to Real Estate, Mike was in marketing for the hospitality and travel industry. He started in marketing management and ultimately started his own successful marketing company. Simply the best!!

Karen is simply the best! She is the utmost professional, knowledgable, patient, driven, and friendliest agent that we have ever come across in our 30 years of buying/selling houses. She sold our house for us and when we were back in the market to purchase, we knew there was no other choice to serve as our buying agent. Excellent communicator that always seemed to have my best interests in mind.

Barrett was a pleasure to work with. He took what I was looking for in a home and always had my best interest in mind. Any time there was a new home to look at, he was always available and was really quick to schedule showings. During the whole process it felt comforting knowing Barrett was in my corner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sale a house.

4 months and counting...

It's been 4 months since we've closed on our home thanks to Barrett and we can't get rid of him lol (not that we want to). There was an issue during the final walkthrough and it's still not resolved. Barrett is the one constantly communicating with seller's agent to get it resolved and done correctly. The repairs have taken this long due to inept contractors (not selected by Barrett or us) trying to replace a window to match other windows. Barrett is still researching and making calls to get this resolved. He's restored my trust in the phrase "The only way to do great work is to love what you do"! Thank you Barrett!

Meticulous work

Karen was amazing to work with. She knows the area, the market and what buyers want. I’ve never had a realtor put in as much work in helping me sell a home before. This was especially helpful given that we had to list and sell AFTER we had moved out of state. We when our listing went live we had immediate interest and were under contract for asking price in under a week. When it came time to negotiate during the offer and due diligence process, we knew we had a real expert advocating for us. I’d recommend Karen to anyone whether you’re selling or buying.
