There were times I know it made things harder for him and he always put our needs ahead of everything without even having to be asked. He took care of us and refused to allow us to settle and helped build our confidence. Beyond sales, he taught us so much about the housing market that it made a daunting experience more approachable. The best realtor in the Charleston area Parker is amazing that word doesn’t do his services justice! And I communicated a year prior to our move as it was a relocation move to another state we just had to wait on my husband‘s company to give us a final word on when and where Parker and I got together he came in did a Home analysis sat down with us we had all the paperwork set and ready to go within a week the house was on the market photographs were done and multiple offers the first weekend!! Very easy to work with reachable at all times if not he has a back up staff and everybody is knowledgeable friendly and gets the job done! My home was on the market during the pandemic so you can imagine how scary it was for me to have strangers in my home etc. etc. he was very calming and had a wonderful bedside manner to help me ease my anxiety and stress!
