My boyfriend and I met Wendy through our loan consultant. As soon as we were pre-approved for a loan, we were introduced to Wendy. The whole process from meeting to closing went fast and she made it much less stressful than I anticipated! She gave us great information for what to expect and took the time to get to know us. We were looking for our first home and she made sure we understood everything we needed to know before looking at houses. When setting up times to go look at houses, she worked around our odd schedule to ensure we didn’t miss any opportunities. We found a model of a house we loved the same week we met Wendy and decided to build! During the building process, there wasn’t a lot that was expected of her, but she took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly. We were able to ask her questions along the way and she would make sure to get the answer if she didn’t have it. She took pictures to capture big moments and was genuinely excited with us. Those small details meant a lot to us! She is very dedicated and did a wonderful job helping us get into our first home!

Her knowledge, advice and continued follow through was a great help to me in getting my townhouse ready to sell and all the way through the sale and closing. Wendy took the time a couple years back to give me an price evaluation of our house , knowing we weren't close to making any changes. She never pushed the idea, or tried any sale tactics to go any further until we were ready to make the change and downsize. She was always very quick to respond with exact info we needed as we started to look to move. She got a feel for what were looking for real quick. The dual transaction of buying a different home and selling our old can get overwhelming. It was assuring that Wendy was doing everything she could to make it a seamless and quick process. We will refer anyone and everyone that we hear is in the market to buy , sell , or both.
