My boyfriend and I met Wendy through our loan consultant. As soon as we were pre-approved for a loan, we were introduced to Wendy. The whole process from meeting to closing went fast and she made it much less stressful than I anticipated! She gave us great information for what to expect and took the time to get to know us. We were looking for our first home and she made sure we understood everything we needed to know before looking at houses. When setting up times to go look at houses, she worked around our odd schedule to ensure we didn’t miss any opportunities. We found a model of a house we loved the same week we met Wendy and decided to build! During the building process, there wasn’t a lot that was expected of her, but she took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly. We were able to ask her questions along the way and she would make sure to get the answer if she didn’t have it. She took pictures to capture big moments and was genuinely excited with us.
