When I got in touch with Kim and told her I wanted to sell my condo, she came back to me with a ton of market data showing where we could price my condo at. I thought she was joking when she said we could price it at the price point we went in at. With this data though, I felt confident (even during the pandemic and cold months ahead) that we could sell it at this price. Throughout the process she went above and beyond what I thought realtors typically do. She made sure I was getting updates on how showings were going and also even helped show the condo which ultimately led to the offer at listing price and final sale. From the custom signs and literature to the consistent updates, and help through negotiations - she truly made this a seamless process. Prior to closing I had all the resources to make the move as simple as possible, and truly took the stress out of such a big life change. I would highly recommend her as anyone's realtor as she does everything at 110% and made this sale happen!
