Kelli is not only our realtor, but also our neighbor. However, we have a feeling that she treats all of her clients as well as she treated us. She is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager to help, and we have genuinely never met someone more organized and punctual than her. We are the kind of people who appreciate highly detailed communication, and she certainly delivered! Though we imagine she can adjust her communication style to whatever your preferences are. She also has a wealth of contacts, from lenders to inspectors to contractors, all of whom have been exceptional in their work, especially at a time when it feels like truly high quality work is becoming harder to come by. The home buying (or selling) process is a stressful one, but Kelli helped ensure that it was as smooth as possible so that we could focus on the things that matter most to us, and by the end of it, we knew we could trust Kelli implicitly to make sure everything was done on time, at (or under!) cost, and to a high degree of quality. We are so excited that we will get to call Kelli our neighbor for the foreseeable future!
