Braden helped get us our first home. We are still unpacking as I write this review. I’m so pleased with our new home and I’m so grateful for Braden. We were originally looking closer to Phoenix, but I’m happy to say we bought our house farther out. My husband has a 45 min commute, but it’s so quiet out here and we can see the stars every night. On top of that, we live near other young families with kids, so my kids are so excited. And it’s a brand new house in the price range we could afford. May God bless Braden.

Extremely helpful and explains the process both before and as it is happening. Let's you know what to expect at each step of the way. He is very knowledgeable for both sides of it. I used him to purchase my first home and to sell a home. He always makes time for you and what ever questions you have he will answer in a professional and very politically way or will let you know he doesn't know but will find the answer for you. He may have had other clients in various stages of their sale/purchase but you wouldn't know because he knows what it means to be there for you. You will feel like you are the priority because he will make it so.

Braden went above and beyond with the purchase of our home sight unseen and even got us a better deal! Understandably, we were not the most excited to have to purchase a home without seeing it in person first, but Braden was so reassuring and helpful with the whole process.
