My experience with Neil as a buying agent and selling agent was excellent. We needed to sell our 2bd home and buy at least a 3 bd. Neil knew we were trying to find something quickly, but he wasn’t pushy and always put our needs at the top of the list. He was quick to respond, even when he was on vacation! When he listed our house he went above and beyond the job of Realtor. Not only did he let us know how to get the most out of our house, but he actually helped clean and had it staged beautifully for pictures. We purchased below asking and sold above asking. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone looking to buy or sell!

If the area offered more sunny days (a la Orange County, Sunset, Tampa, etc), Neil would probably have his own show on TV. He made sure that his communication was precise and limited 'checking in' to when it was necessary. Neil new the market and still reached out to other experienced realtors to check and double-check his information. Neil made sure I knew what was happening with the purchase (septic, inspection, variances, scheduled work, etc.) and always offered to cover if I couldn't (or didn't want to) be there. Then Neil bought me doughnuts, soda, and houseplants (not as a go to, but just because he know me well enough). Don't go with any other agent, you're better than that.

Meghan was an absolute joy to work with. From the outset, she was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. We purchased from halfway across the country but she walked us through each home we requested to see with her cell phone while providing feedback on the condition of the homes. She was always prompt and professional with her replies by email, phone, or text, and kept us informed each step of the way. Meghan is not only excellent with the considerable paperwork/research/compliance that goes into providing essential brokerage services, she holds a degree in Interior Design and provides expert guidance on the condition of houses, what to look for and look out for, and how best to use, lay out, and if desired, remodel them. I do not make these purchases on a lark; these are serious investments made largely with my own money, and as with all of my business transactions, I go with the best partners and consultants around (I'm an attorney), and Meghan is as good as brokers get, both for buyers and sellers.
