I had to change agents midstream in my search for a home in Tennessee. Sandra was recommended to me and right away I sensed a caring spirit about her. She was very patient and learned very quickly what my wife and I required in a home. Coming from out of state and making 4 trips from Indiana and because of competition against other buyers was frustrating but Sandra hung in there with us and encouraged us along the way. We finally found a home that would work for us well. After the inspection in which we discovered several issues we had to deal with it long distance. Sandra acquired a local contractor to take a deeper look and we received estimates of the work needing done.
