Google only allows a 5 out of 5 stars but Jamie and Ken deserve 10 out of 10. My boyfriend and I are fleeing Virginia and moving to Tennessee, we had been trying for a couple of years to find a realtor/mortgage lender but no one would work with us because neither of us had jobs in Tennessee yet. I reached out to my buddy Brian Yoder who works for the Realty One office in Winchester, VA and he got me in touch with Jamie. I explained our situation and she immediately jumped into action! Once we had our pre approval lined up and ready, Jamie and Ken didn’t hesitate to start showing us possible options. Despite living over 6 hours away, every time my boyfriend and I saw a house we liked, Jamie and Ken quickly got us not only all the available information but video tours as well. They went above and beyond trying to ensure we knew exactly what issues each house had. Unfortunately due to the market it took us longer to find a house than we anticipated but that didn’t stop Jamie and Ken from helping us. After a year of watching so many houses go pending before we could make an offer, we have FINALLY gone to closing!! Buying a house can be stressful, especially if you are buying in a completely different state, but having Jamie and Ken on our side made the whole thing worth it.

Sandra will work diligently to ensure that you are satisfied. I have zero criticisms, from start to finish she actually took care of everything. She is the most detail oriented and organized person I have ever dealt with. I absolutely recommend her. On a personal level, she is sweet, kind and compassionate. Friendly and knowledgeable, they showed up from day one armed with statistics and a solid game plan for the successful sale of our home. They are excellent with communication, marketing and provide high quality photographs of your property, competitor information and feedback from showings. They also offer realistic views and honest advice. Even when circumstances could seem uncertain at times, they kept a cool head and continued to press forward in a positive manner. If could give me stars I would. I can’t begin to say just how amazing Ken and Jamie are. They are great people both inside and out. They work so hard for their customers. Every step of the the way through finding our house they were right there. No matter what time it was or what was going on they responded immediately. Jess was absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable about all processes and was very helpful in connecting me with people I needed such a roof guy, a chimney guy, a flooring guy, electrical guy, a fence guy and flooring. She put me in contact with the best people. She showed genuine care about my questions and concerns. By closing day I had no questions or concerns due to her ability to make things happen. Best experience I've ever had with a reator, by a mile. Jessica helped us more than I realized a realtor could help. Whether we were discussing potential fixes, changes, arrangements, or if a place was a good fit or not, I could tell she 100% had our best interest at heart. And most importantly, when we had to back out of a deal post inspection, she made sure we made a decision that was right for our family and I never once felt like she tried to get us to make a deal just to get to closing. She negotiated for us and helped us get the deal we wanted. Jessica is professional in every sense of the word while also creating a fun, enjoyable, laid back atmosphere.
