I have purchased quite a bit of Real estate and I would have to say this venture would be rated as the best experience I have had. Sandra was so amazing and addressed every question I had. The closing was quick and very pleasant. I would recommend Sandra to anyone looking to purchase or buy property. I will definitely reach out to her in the future for other investments and advice. She kept me in the loop 100% on any changes that would have needed to be taken. This was my first experience with Sandra and I can promise there will be many more in the future

I will be recommending Sandra to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She is very helpful, offered great advice and always did what was in our best interest. We have worked with her twice now, once to buy and once to sell. When we were looking to buy, we were moving from a different state. She took video walk throughs of houses while also giving detailed descriptions, and also offering her opinions. The process was very smooth and we ended up in a great house. As our family grew, we needed to sell that house and we Sandra told us what we should do to get the best price possible. We ended up selling that house for much more than we had expected. I would highly recommend Sandra if you are looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you Sandra!

Jamie was working with us for almost 2 years trying to help us find the perfect home for us. Jamie was very patient with us, we didn't want to settle on just any home. Jamie and her husband Ken we very knowledgeable about lake homes and the areas we were looking in. We are grateful for the time and the amount of homes that we looked at over the 2 years. We were glad that they were our agents.

I could not have asked for a better seller’s agent. Jessica was great with communication and our side of the transaction was smooth. Our buyer’s situation was not the best. They had a bad lender and an unorganized realtor. Jessica was constantly checking on the situation and doing everything she could to help the process go smoothly. I highly recommend Jessica. Her expertise were so vital during our sale. I’m very happy we worked with her.

We found Sandra through realtor.com with no in person recommendations on our out of state move. We had very little knowledge of the area and Sandra helped us find a place in a great area that accommodated all our family's needs. She was flexible on our timeline and availability and didn't push us to make any quick decisions. Sandra is very personable and kind. Really enjoyed working with her.

Sandra made the purchase seem effortless. Her communication skills are fantastic, and her guidance in a somewhat unique transaction was invaluable. She worked 24/7, and always had my best interests at heart. I’ll be involved in more real estate transactions in the future and I won’t consider using anyone other than Sandra.

Sandra was a joy to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable, and was excellent at comminating with me along each step. I was a first time buyer, and didn't know how this process worked. I was so blessed to have Sandra as my realtor, because she was able to guide me through every step, and answer all of my questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jamie and Ken helped my husband and I sell two houses and buy a house! They were so easy and fun to work with! They were quick to respond, gave good guidance in areas we were unsure, and strategic and professional in their approaches in selling. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!
