Though I haven’t had many experiences with different agents, Ray couldn’t have been a better agent for this huge transition in my life. He was above reasonable when it came to responses, provided valuable input and was able to be very quick and efficient with not only scheduling but also the dreaded paperwork! He often says that the fulfillment that he gets from Real Estate is his relationships with other people, and this was evident from start to finish. But he was a true advocate for his client when he needed to be. Couldn’t recommend Ray enough for not only seasoned movers, but also newbies. Kudos to a great agent, as well as a great person!

Years of trying to get a house and being told no sorry we can’t help you. Finally it happens and my husband had a list of realtors he calls and they never returned his phone calls . so he keeps going down the list and he calls Ray Williams the best realtor ever . We found a house we really wanted to look at before they had open house . He was booked up . But he made it happen . We met with him at the house . And I new that was the house we been looking for . Ray made it happen If there is a such thing as realtor of the year he is my only pick . If all goes to plan at the end of September we will be closing on our dream home . God had his hands in this it was all about the right time for us .
