There are not enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for Ray. Prior to working with Ray, we had a very bad experience with realtors. Ray has single-handedly restored our faith in realtors and has reminded us that there still are genuine, kind people out there. Ray was patient with us and never tried to rush through our questions or concerns. He treated us and every person we worked with throughout our home buying experience with the utmost respect. He zealously advocated for us while still maintaining professionalism with others. He was very knowledgeable and informed about the area where we wanted to purchase and ensured that we were always kept up to date throughout the process. He took the time to get to know us, not just as buyers, but as individuals, including our son, who still talks about his "friend" Ray. I've bought and sold a condo and bought a house with Ray. He made the transactions easier with his knowledge of the market, and the details of the buying and selling process. He helped in a lot of ways including challenging an under appraisal for the condo I sold. That saved me a lot of money. Though I haven’t had many experiences with different agents, Ray couldn’t have been a better agent for this huge transition in my life. He was above reasonable when it came to responses, provided valuable input and was able to be very quick and efficient with not only scheduling but also the dreaded paperwork! He often says that the fulfillment that he gets from Real Estate is his relationships with other people, and this was evident from start to finish. But he was a true advocate for his client when he needed to be. Couldn’t recommend Ray enough for not only seasoned movers, but also newbies. Kudos to a great agent, as well as a great person!
