This was a piece of vacant, forested, land with several challenges for a potential builder. Vince knew what we were up against and he always gave us realistic info including price and timing. It took a while but that was fine, and I think he found the perfect buyer. Especially in the final negotiations he got the buyers to significantly improve their offer. It couldn't have worked out better!
