The listing was professional and market analysis spot on. Kristen swiftly brought in the photographer, coordinated the 360 panoramic video and arranged for the appraisal. She was present during each step and advertised with the “Coming Soon” feature. Within one week of the listing hitting the market, she presented us a bonafide offer. Our buyer proved to be a challenge but Kristen never waivered and stayed on top of the situation right through closing.
