Marcus was Responsive to our every communication whether by phone, email, or text I mean he was on it! He was very transparent while working with us and even though we aren’t 1st time home buyers his knowledge and expertise in the industry helped us refresh on those need to know key items for buying a new home as well as the sell of our previous home. If it had not been for Marcus we would not have closed on our home the day we did. Long story short when someone is willing to go beyond the scope of their job to contact the county themselves and wait on hold God knows how long while sending emails to get a certificate of occupancy so we can close on our new home and meet the deadline to be out of our sold home that deserves to be praised and then some.
