My wife and I were searching FOREVER for a home with a previous agent that we considered a friend. That agent turned out to be horrible and we did not even know it. I ran into Matt and he gave me advice. Free advice. He didn't even ask for my phone number because he knew I was working with a friend of mine already. Well, 3 months later, we fired that friend and hired Matt. He hit the ground running, listened to what we wanted and what we needed, got us in touch with a great loan officer and closed on our very first home. Matt and his team came prepared. Professional meeting at my home (well - the home is now sold). We walked the property, he told me what buyers would see and what I could fix on a budget in order to keep my profits as high as possible. We were under contract within 6 hours. Closing took a minute due to the buyers lender being a complete waste of time, but it is sold and I am very very happy! Highly recommended!!!

Matt is one of a kind! He had such a wonderful outlook on this real estate industry and the market we were in currently. Matt was AMAZING!!! He came in and got things rolling quickly. We were relocating for work, so speed was essential. He had pictures done within 1 day, on the market the following morning. We were on the market for 21 hours before accepting an offer above the list price! His team was top-notch. Negotiating skills were on point. He was there for the appraisal and inspection (even though he did not have to be). By far the BEST Realtor we have ever come across in Orlando. We recommended to all of our friends and family! We met Marcus at an open house. We admired his honesty and integrity. We also just enjoyed speaking with him. We reached out to him after a bunch of craziness. We needed to go in a different direction and he was more than capable and willing to help us. He is a great sounding board when you need to talk through something.
