Niki was fantastic to work with! Her knowledge, communication and professionalism was incredible. She understood what we were looking for and sent the right houses our way. She found the house we ended up buying and we are so happy with the purchase! Niki was always available for our questions and was on top of everything. Dana was on top of knowing how well our Step dad's house would sell and how many homes were for sale in the area with comparisons to his. She helped us know things we may need to do before selling, not to mention when facing some challenges, she was able to find the answers quickly and help us get those things taken care of. You could NOT ask for a better agent! She is honest and always gave us updates and helpful information/feedback. She crosses every T and dots every I, leaving no room for error. She even went above and beyond in finding out about any restrictions they had if any, due to one prior correspondence on the home listing no restrictions, where elsewhere restrictions were listed. She contacted those that would know this information and guided us every step along the way of the sale. She was with us at closing to make sure everything went smoothly and to congratulate us. She was so easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. If we ever need a real estate agent again, we will certainly be using her.

I don’t even know where to begin, I have too many amazing things to say about Niki. Let's start from a seller’s standpoint. Honestly, when we started our journey to sell our home;we had a couple different conversations with other realtors, we were beginning to lose hope that we would find that match. No other realtor seemed invested in helping us. I found NIki because I was lucky enough to teach three of her children. I called her and she was out taking pictures and meeting with us within two days! She made selling our home a breeze (we sold within 7 days on the market.) She provided us with expert advice and steered us in the right direction. We appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Now from a buyer's standpoint, she went above and beyond to help me find and buy a home- many times meaning late nights/weekends. We were very thankful for her patience and flexibility as we looked at 50 + properties. Anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, she made sure we knew about it immediately. We never felt pressured to purchase and Niki was very open about the positives and negatives at every piece of property we looked at. We finally decided to purchase land and build a house to suit our needs. We would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Nikki helped, guided, and advocated for our best interests through the entire process of both buying property and selling our home. She had thorough knowledge of our market, the local “norms,” and spent more than adequate amount of time with us to help guide us through crucial decision points. Nikki is highly ethical - she was always straight forward with us - a true “honest broker.” If she didn’t know an answer she would research it, to provide accurate information. Highly skilled communicator and quickly responded. As a retired veteran our expectations are high, Nikki exceeded them - she has our strongest recommendation. She understands that buying and selling a home is more than a huge financial transaction - she is sensitive to the memories, emotion, and sentiment that can be involved in real estate deals.
